Athletics

• Carter has been an outstanding Honor Roll student, employed part-time at Dollar Tree, and an athlete on the junior varsity Wrestling team at Oscar Smith High School. Carter has received numerous awards and trophies for playing basketball, football, and soccer as a youth.  His hobbies include skateboarding, drawing and competing with friends on the PS5.  Carter is a smart young man that works hard and carries himself in a respectable manner.

Clubs

• Carter has been accepted into the Chesapeake Career Center (CCC) Building Trades Program I & II.  He is eager to learn the core skills of residential construction, masonry, carpentry, electricity and plumbing. His academic accomplishments and community service provide an excellent example of his commitment and dedication to his goals. He is exceptionally gifted at adapting to new trends and always maintains a positive attitude. His courteous and humble manner never fails to impress.

Extracurricular

• Carter Fulgham involvement in the local community includes successfully completing the City of Chesapeake Emerge Teen Prevention and Education Classes at the Department of Human Services. He also participated in the March of Dimes Walkathon for Premature Babies, and volunteers at the Food Bank of Southeastern. Carter is an enthusiastic and polite individual who displays strong moral character.
